Richard Simmons, the beloved fitness guru known for his energetic personality and popular workout videos, passed away at his Los Angeles home just a day after his 76th birthday on July 13.
The fitness icon’s team recently shared the final social media post he had prepared before his death, touching the hearts of many fans.

Simmons’ team shared his final prepared post on X/Twitter under the handle @TheWeightSaint. Fans expressed their gratitude for the post, with one saying, “Thank you for posting this! It will be nice to have a memory of him in his later years. Such a beautiful soul, inside and out.”
